RICARDO GUSTAV NEUDING
Founder and Senior Consultant
At ATA, he directs numerous strategic projects related to sustainability for Brazilian and international companies in the field of industry, civil construction, agribusiness and logistics, always focused on generating value. A Mechanical Production Engineer, he graduated from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo in 1973, having also studied at the Faculty of Law.
He started his professional career at Pirelli S.A. Electric Cables Division, reaching a management position after periods in Milan, Southampton and Barcelona. He continued his career as a partner and director of several companies in the energy field, as well as business entities and non-profit organizations. He has extensive professional experience in strategic, business and financial planning, investment and project analysis, environmental finance and sustainability.
JAIME EDUARDO BUNGE
Partner and Senior Consultant
At ATA, he develops projects in the areas of forestry, agriculture and biofuels. He is an Agronomist graduated from ESALQ – Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz, USP (1980), post-graduated in Finance and Rural Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Extensive experience in setting up and structuring investment funds, with emphasis on the areas of biodiversity and forestry, prospecting, analysis and structuring of investments and company management. He developed his professional experience at BrasilConnects Ecologia, setting up a company providing services in the area of environmental and financial consulting, at FSO Produtos Orgânicos Indústria e Comércio S.A., as director, A2R Ltda, as project manager in the forestry and biodiversity areas and Banco Axial S.A. as an analyst and later project manager.
ROBERTO MARIN
Partner and Senior Consultant
At ATA, he develops strategies for carbon management, including carbon pricing, risk assessment and analysis of carbon credit projects. He is a Business Administrator graduated from the European Business School, London, with specialization courses in France and Spain.

Previous professional experience developed with Telefónica (in Madrid) and Sodexho (in Paris). He developed works evaluating investment opportunities in Italy, Armenia, South Africa, Angola, BVI, Thailand and Russia.
